The Helms College Saturday Chef Community Cooking Class series at the Augusta Campus has caught the attention of those who are eager to add some professional tips and tricks to their home culinary arsenal. The next class on June 18th is going to be full as excitement builds over the class topic focusing on Weeknight Dinners. Just sign up to enroll in the class by Wednesday, June 15th.
The Weeknight Dinners class at the Augusta campus is from 10 am – 12:30 pm. At just $75 per person, participants will receive training from a skilled chef instructor with years of experience in restaurant kitchens. Students will learn simple strategies for preparing meals ahead of time using readily available ingredients. This Saturday morning course will focus on one-pot meals, provide time-saving preparation techniques, and offer useful inforomation on proper sanitation and health.
