At Edgar’s, you can enjoy an a la carte menu of tantalizing appetizers, garden-fresh salads, and an array of sandwiches and entrées that are sure to please. Take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients. Helms College chefs and students operate Edgar’s and are responsible for selecting new additions to our delicious menu each quarter. Check out the new menu below.  All items on the new menu are available now and will surely tempt your taste buds.

The Plates

  • The Garden Pie $10 – Freshly made pizza dough covered in a garlic infused oil and topped with onions, black & green olives, spinach, a medley of peppers, and mozzarella cheese
  • Gyro Pizza $10 –Shaved lamb, tomatoes, red onions, and cucumber atop a Tzatziki smothered pie.
  • Est Blanc $10 – Creamy Alfredo sauce complemented by caramelized onions, sliced chicken, spinach, and shiitake mushrooms
  • Jerk Mango Chicken $10 – Caribbean seasoned chicken with onions, mango chunks, and jalapenos served with fresh mozzarella cheese
  • The Philli $10 – Sliced sirloin, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and a medley of cheese atop a creamy ricotta base

The Table

  • Pangasius with Mango Salsa $8 – Grilled whitefish accompanied by steamed rice, grilled zucchini, and fresh mango salsa
  • Pasta Carbonara $7 – Fettuccine pasta tossed with warm pork lardons, fresh herbs, and a creamy white wine sauce finished with shaved parmesan & cured egg yolk
  • Gyro $7 – Roasted lamb and beef shaved onto a warm pita with tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and a house crafted Tzatziki sauce served with fried ranch flavored potato chips
  • Beef Kabobs $8 – Marinated sirloin impaled on soaked bamboo and paired with grilled peppers and onions over sautéed quinoa
  • Southeast Ribs $8 – Baby back ribs slow cooked and glazed with a sweet and salty teriyaki sauce, served with curried rice and fried zucchini chips
  • Tex-Mex Burger $7 – Seasoned Black Angus ground beef laid upon a bed of romaine lettuce topped with house fried tortilla strips, fresh Pico de Gallo, and a creamy queso cheese sauce, served on a brioche bun with beer battered french fries

The Farm

  • Grilled Chicken Walnut $6 – Mixed field greens tossed with fresh grapes, toasted walnuts, goat cheese crumbles, and grilled chicken served with a creamy Greek yogurt dressing
  • Wilted Spinach Salad $6 – Baby spinach leaves incorporated in a warm apple cider vinaigrette and topped with crispy bacon & sautéed onions
  • Taco Salad $6 – Chopped romaine lettuce mixed with garlic herb croutons, Parmesan cheese, and choice of chicken breast or shrimp
  • Mediterranean Salmon Salad $6 – Mixed field greens topped with grilled salmon, sliced cucumber, capers, slivered red onion, and fresh tomatoes served with house vinaigrette
  • Mandarin Chicken $6 – A combination of romaine lettuce, carrots, & red cabbage blended with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, fried lo mien noodles, and a sesame ginger dressing
  • Lemon Spinach Quinoa Salad $6 – Warm quinoa mixed with spinach, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and champagne lemon vinaigrette
  • Seared Crab Cakes $6 – Two plump crab cakes seared in brown butter and drizzled with a velvety hollandaise
  • Chicken Satay $5 – Marinated chicken skewered and grilled with teriyaki sauce, laid over a garden sesame medley
  • Fried Ravioli $5 – Delicious hand crafted ravioli stuffed with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, accompanied by a warm marinara
  • Hummus & Tapenade $5 – Roasted red pepper infused dip served with fried pita chips and topped with a freshly crafted tapenade
  • Tempura Sushi $6 – A Sriracha crab mixture hand rolled and fried in a light-flakey batter served with black mushroom soy sauce
  • Queso Dip $4 – A delicious blend of melted cheese, spices, and salsa served with fried tortilla chips

Edgar’s offers a wide range of delicious entrees, appetizers, salads and specialty sandwiches that are reasonably priced. We are located at 5171 Eisenhower Pkwy., in Macon. Edgar’s hours of operation are: Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and is also available for special events.
